The rooftop area are excellent. The staff at the pool were helpful. The room had a great location and stylish decor. I found the hotel clean.

The twin room I booked wasn't available initially, which caused a delay at check-in. I had to request specifically to ensure this.

the hotel's location is excellent. it is near the center, and it is also near the port. you can walk to many restaurants and other places.

the cleaning service missed my room on three out of four nights. also, if you arrive at the breakfast buffet close to closing time, you may need to request refills of empty dishes.

i appreciate the proximity to the harbor and city center. the rooftop bar provides a panoramic view and pleasant atmosphere i visited the bar twice.

street noise around the room was an issue for me. the windows did not offer sufficient insulation i found it hard to sleep well.

the location is quite good near the port shopping and restaurants. it is a few blocks walk from the alcazaba this made it easy to explore the city. the hotel is right in the city center next to the harbour.
